30 November 2026 - We encourage you to finish the course by this date to be able to download your Credly digital certificate by 30 November 2026. The platform will stay open until September  2027, but the Credly badge is only available until 30 November 2026. 

22 September 2027 - Deadline to complete the course. 
 

Yes, academic resources will be available after the masterclass session. These resources are accessible 24/7 and remain available after completing the course.

All modules are accessible from their release date as outlined above.

You will have access to the module from the release date and can watch them at any time. The platform remains open for one year after the Academy concludes.

All module content will be available at once. Don’t forget to pass the quiz with a 100% score to access the feedback survey and Credly badge.

The module video content is pre-recorded. You can leave your comments or questions in the feedback survey after completing the course.

You can log in at any time. After the module launches, you will have access for one year, even after you complete the course.

You must complete the quiz and achieve a 100% score to proceed to the feedback Survey and access the Credly badge.

You can retake the quiz as many times as necessary.

The module will be delivered in English.

Please note that the feedback survey is mandatory for all participants. You will not receive a badge if you do not complete the feedback survey. When you complete the full Academy course and submit the feedback survey, you will qualify for your free Credly certification and will receive an email from the Credly administration platform with further instructions on claiming your badge. The Credly badge is provided in place of a paper certificate. While badges are digital images, they are uniquely linked to data hosted on Credly, making them more reliable and secure than paper-based certificates. This verification link ensures that only you can claim your credential, protecting your achievement and associated identity.

Please make sure that you have achieved a 100% score in the quiz and completed the feedback survey. If you have not received your Credly badge, please follow these steps to resolve the issue. If you are still unable to access your badge, please reach out to Credly directly using their request form. As Credly operates the system that generates the badge, you will need to contact Credly to resolve the issue.

Here are a few tips: 

• Please make sure that you are logging in with the same email address you used when registering for the Academy course.
• If you are unable to see the sessions, please check that you are logged into your Academy account.
• If you are experiencing a technical issue, please send an email with a screenshot of the issue to our team as this will help us assist you better.

You can apply for a course if enrollment is still open. However, you cannot switch courses or apply for a course if applications are closed.
